    We try to always provide the highest level of service possible. If there is a problem with your order, please begin by contacting Customer Care Representative at immediately.

    Please provide us with as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number, and the name of the affected products. Our Customer Care Representative will respond to you as soon as possible.

    Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept items back that have been opened or used unless the product has been damaged during delivery.

    Furthermore, we do not accept back items that require cold chain handling.

    When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels. All items being returned should be sent with the original receipt and a note with it to state the reason for you returning the item. You must include your order number with your return, as failing to do this could result in you not receiving a refund as we may not be able to locate you on our systems.

    We are sorry, but we are unable to offer a free returns service to our customers. Returns must be made at your own cost. Please return your parcel using a standard trackable service, and obtain a proof of postage receipt. Please keep your proof of postage safe as your will need this as your proof of return

    Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    If you would like to return an item, we will refund you within 21 days of receiving the returned parcel. Please note this is provided that the product returned is received back to us within the stated returns period. Damaged, defective or incorrect products returned by you will be refunded in full, including a refund for the delivery charges for sending the item. However if you order the wrong product by mistake, the delivery charges will not be refunded.

    In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide your proof of postage receipt from the Post Office. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide proof of postage

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 152 Paya Lebar Road #02-06 Singapore 409020.

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    We wish to remind all customers that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country's customs department upon arrival.

    The recipient of the shipment is responsible for any import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

    However, we will deal with the courier service in touch with the customs to return your parcel to us.

    Rejected items by the customs will be refunded, excluding the delivery charges for sending the item.
